Job Description

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support and maintain office records.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Bursar Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee billing and collection of tuition and fees.
- Manage financial aid disbursement.
- Prepare and monitor budgets.
- Generate financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain student financial records.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and payroll processes.
- Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
Preferably, applicants should reside within Egbe Idimu, Ikotun, Isheri Council, Ejigbo, Egbeda, Alimosho Local Govt.
