Job Description

The receptionist and administrative officer will play a crucial role in the organization. Responsibilities include reception duties, providing administrative support to various practices/departments within the firm, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff, managing office activities, as well as data entry and record keeping. Minimum qualification required is a degree, with 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Perform reception duties
  • Provide administrative support to various practices/departments within the firm
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Manage office activities, data entry, and record keeping
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist and administrative officer or similar role
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
