Job Description

As a Reception Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the front desk operations. Your main duties include greeting guests, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and assisting with any guest inquiries or issues.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the lobby area is well-maintained and presentable at all times. This includes keeping the reception desk organized, providing necessary information and directions to guests, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential qualities for a Reception Agent. Prior experience in a similar position or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
