Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of realtors in achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry to foster business growth.
Requirements: Proven sales experience, strong local market knowledge, exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, team management abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month | Expected hours: 15 per week
