Job Description
LD&D CONSULTING urgently requires a Real Estate Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role in Lekki, Lagos. The position focuses on selling land and property units and achieving monthly targets. Compensation: ₦120,00–₦150,00/month base plus commission and performance incentives.
- Generate and follow up leads; conduct property inspections and presentations.
- Respond to client inquiries, build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Represent the company professionally and consistently close sales to meet targets.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of real estate sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused, target-driven, confident, persistent, and results-oriented.
