Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Expert to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Expert, your main responsibility will be to sell properties to prospective buyers.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and generate leads for potential buyers.
- Show properties to potential buyers and provide them with detailed information.
- Negotiate and close deals with buyers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
