Job Description
Paragone Signature & Associates Ltd., located in Lagos, is seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Associate. The position offers a competitive salary based on performance, alongside commission and monthly incentives, as well as Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefits.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging property presentations, effectively negotiating and closing real estate transactions, and cultivating strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Candidates should have a proven track record in direct sales within the real estate industry, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage a team.
