Job Description

WORK LOCATION: Lagos Island

THE POSITION: A Real Estate company needs Real Estate Sales Agents, to identify potential buyers, market products, and execute sales transactions speedily. The position requires excellent sales skills, an energetic individual who will help a diverse range of clients with the sales and buying of properties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Sale and Lease of properties in company’s portfolio
  • Update property listings
  • Secures the property and facility management briefs for the business
  • Client relationship management and reporting
  • Meeting with potential clients to address all inquiries
  • Manages existing clients to ensure retention and referrals
  • Execute sales transactions
  • Communicate effectively with owners, buyers, and associates
  • Advertising properties through a variety of marketing techniques

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • First degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of real estate sales experience
  • Very strong salesperson
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Looks professional and presentable
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry
  • Sociable and confidential
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of Lagos real estate market
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills
