Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To liaise with the management on suitable properties available to customers
- To ensure payment is made to company accounts as at when due.
- To source for clients and purchase lands and properties from the company.
- To market the company lands and properties to medium and high income earners.
- To market and sell the lands and properties of the company to paying customers in a responsible manner.
- To bring profits to the company and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy
MS Office familiarity
