Job Description
As a Real Estate Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our properties.
Your duties will include managing facility budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
You will also be in charge of developing and implementing maintenance schedules to uphold the value of the properties.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to effectively manage a team and handle tenant concerns.
