Job Description
A Real Estate Broker is responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties on behalf of their clients. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers and assist clients in making informed decisions in real estate transactions.
As a Real Estate Broker at Knight Frank, you will network and connect with potential clients, showcase available properties, negotiate prices, draft and review contracts, and guide clients through the entire process of buying or selling properties. Your knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal regulations will be key in providing expert advice to clients and ensuring successful transactions.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A valid real estate broker license is required.
