Job Description
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Salary: Starting at ₦300,00 (Negotiable based on Experience)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate or property management.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage filings.
- Assist with audits and provide precise documentation.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks.
