• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Must hold a valid registration as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional negotiation capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦200,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
