Job Description
Seadolf System Global Services Limited is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This entry-level position entails managing costs for building and civil engineering projects from design through to completion. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and plans.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and compile Bills of Quantities.
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills required.
Location: Lagos Mainland
