Job Description
Rosetti Pivot Limited, a subsidiary of Rosetti Marino S.p.A founded in 2014, is an indigenous service and renowned Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Maintenance Management (EPCM) Company operating within the oil & gas sector.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Job Location: Lagos / Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract
Functionally reports to: Construction Manager/Engineering and Operations Manager
Contract Type: 1 Year
Job Description:
- Manage the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Check, verify, and maintain records of As-Built measurements and quantification.
- Review and verify Vendors/Subcontractors cost reports.
- Review and verify claims submitted by Vendors/Subcontractors.
- Maintain records and track changes in Bill of Quantities and other measurements according to the approved technical drawings during project execution.
- Measure and value work done, revise forecasts as required.
- Prepare progress reports [weekly/monthly/final/etc.] for quantities and costs – assist Project Controller in issuing Project Reporting.
- Assist PMT in managing changes as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable knowledge of Quantity Surveying practices, construction contracts, and technical documents.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Oil & Gas EPC Projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good knowledge of database management software.
