Job Description
Architrave Nigeria Limited invites applications for the position of Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager in Lagos. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying. Preferred candidates will have certification from the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS). Key responsibilities include conducting cost analyses, collaborating with design teams, managing construction budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and utilizing technology to enhance productivity. The salary range for this position is N200,00 – 300,00, commensurate with experience.
