Job Summary: Pirotti Projects Limited is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to provide expert guidance on construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, remain within budget, and adhere to stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive construction budgets
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and compliance
- Review and analyze construction contracts
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineers
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, certification from NIQS or QSRBN, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
