As cost consultants, quantity surveyors ensure that building projects stay within budget by providing cost and material estimates, preparing projected budgets, and collaborating with builders, architects, and engineers.

The successful candidate will analyze budgets, review plans, prepare quantity estimates, negotiate with contractors, and foster relationships with clients. Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and a methodical approach are essential for success in this role.

Requirements include a HND/Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or engineering, construction estimating experience, and superior negotiation skills.
