Job Description
Matilda Group is excited to invite applications for the position of Quantity Surveyor to join our innovative team in Abuja. This full-time role is within the Management & Business Development sector, focusing on Retail, Fashion, and FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract quantities for concrete and finishing works from architectural, interior, and structural drawings.
- Prepare detailed quantities and pricing using Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and clarify requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying for civil engineering projects.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent numerical skills and strong communication abilities.
