Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately estimating and controlling project costs, ensuring budgets are adhered to, and maximizing profitability.

Your main responsibilities will include conducting site visits to gather data, preparing quantity take-offs, pricing materials, and labor costs, analyzing project specifications and drawings, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. You will also be involved in producing cost reports, monitoring project progress, and providing advice on cost-effective measures.

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent mathematical and analytical abilities, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and relevant industry experience are preferred.
