Job Description
Jedidiah Air Limited is actively seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction and project management, adeptly managing costs and budgets to ensure project success.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting risk and value management assessments, and supervising project costs throughout the lifecycle of each project. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for this role.
Applicants must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, with experience in construction contracts and negotiation preferred.
