Job Description
We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to become part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will exhibit outstanding analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precise cost estimation and effective budget management for construction projects.
Key responsibilities include preparing tender proposals, conducting feasibility studies, and managing project costs throughout all phases, from inception to completion. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, along with relevant experience in the construction sector. Proficiency in budgeting software and robust negotiation skills are highly advantageous.
