Job Description
Our client, an Architectural & Property Development Firm in Ikoyi, Lagos, urgently seeks a Quantity Surveyor to manage budgets, estimates, contractor negotiations, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise cost estimates and bills.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates.
- Assist in tendering processes.
- Evaluate tender submissions.
- Negotiate with contractors.
- Administer construction contracts.
- Prepare cost reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Advise on strategies and improvements.
- Resolve cost-related disputes.
Key Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying.
- 5 years of construction estimating or finance experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
