Job Description
Adkan Services Nigeria Limited invites applications for a full-time Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimating, budgeting, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and tendering for construction and civil projects.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or a related field; 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
- Technical skills: strong numerical and analytical ability; proficiency with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, WinQS).
- Knowledge: construction methods and materials, applicable legal/regulatory requirements; NIQS registration or registration in progress.
- Professional attributes: excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
