Job Description
As a Quality Manager II, you will be responsible for leading and managing our quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting regular audits, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve product and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
