Job Description
A Quality Manager II is responsible for managing and maintaining the quality systems and processes within an organization. They ensure that products or services delivered meet the required standards and specifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify any non-compliance and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in quality management.
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.
