Job Description
juliesdeskhr&consults seeks a detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to ensure consistent, compliant production. You will translate client requirements into measurable quality standards, develop and implement inspection procedures, and set raw material specifications. The role includes supervising inspectors and technicians, providing training, approving or rejecting final outputs, maintaining accurate records, and performing statistical analysis. You will also oversee product development to detect and correct deviations promptly.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in science or business and manufacturing experience.
- Skills: strong analytical and leadership abilities, knowledge of QC procedures, data analysis, regulatory standards, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
