Job Description
Erisco Foods Limited is a Nigerian food manufacturer seeking a Quality Control Officer in Ikeja, Lagos. The role involves maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing product development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality standards at all processing stages.
- Keep detailed quality assurance records.
- Ensure materials and products meet standards.
- Assist in new product development and address complaints.
- Conduct plant audits for regulatory compliance.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc or B.Tech in relevant fields.
- 1-4 years of Plant Quality Control experience.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality preferred.
