Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the application of standards, specifications, rules, and procedures regarding raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards in the production and packaging processes.
- Train employees on quality and good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to quality control measures.
- Monitor and improve the quality and shelf life of products.
- Ensure staff adhere to proper attire to avoid product contamination.
- Enforce HSE measures and provide first aid when needed.
- Assist other team members as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a quality inspector or in a similar role.
- Minimum OND qualification.
- Attention to detail and results-driven approach.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
