Job Description
Erisco Foods Limited, a leading Nigerian food product manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Control Officer to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, overseeing food safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality standards and recommend improvements.
- Keep accurate quality assurance records.
- Ensure compliance with standards for materials and products.
- Assist in developing new products.
- Address complaints and supervise laboratory equipment.
- Oversee food safety measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Required: B.Sc, B.Tech in relevant field.
- 3-4 years experience in Plant Quality Control/Assurance.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality is a plus.
Functional Competencies:
- Reliability, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High energy, initiative, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Readiness to take on additional responsibilities.
