We are recruiting to fill the position of Quality Control Manager:
- Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure production meets standard.
- Establish and manage the quality control process throughout the production lifecycle.
- Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimize the production process.
- Identify potential risks to production schedules and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Train and educate staff on production standards.
- Develop and implement production plans.
- Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring that team members are well-trained and aligned with production goals.
