Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, a fashion company located in Ikeja, Lagos, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to ensure smooth manufacturing production lines and consistently produce high-quality products that meet efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining an understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and effectively communicating them, along with the quality standards, to the production teams.
- Inspecting final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the products accordingly.
- Devising strategies to enhance the manufacturing process to ensure the production of higher-quality goods.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control policies and procedures.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the quality control program, including inspections, tests, and audits.
- Conducting regular internal and external quality control audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining a system for monitoring and evaluating quality control data, and reporting findings to senior management.
- Identifying and investigating quality control issues and recommending solutions to enhance the quality of products, services, and processes.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software.
