Job Description
A Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. They play a vital role in manufacturing and production processes by conducting quality inspections and audits.
The main responsibilities of a Quality Control Executive include:
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies.
- Performing regular inspections and tests on raw materials, intermediate, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyzing data and providing feedback to production teams for process improvement.
- Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to prevent quality issues.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
To excel in this role, a Quality Control Executive should have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and knowledge of quality control methodologies. They should also possess good communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
