Job Description
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and performance expectations
2. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans and scripts
3. Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for optimizations
4. Work closely with development teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline
5. Conduct stress, load, and endurance testing for system reliability and scalability
6. Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts with tools like JMeter and Gatling
7. Perform manual and automated testing for end-to-end coverage
8. Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure metrics during tests
9. Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues and their resolution
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to performance testing
