We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer based at Alade Market, Ikeja, Lagos. Full-time (Mon–Fri). Salary: ₦85,00/month.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring staff performance and service quality
• Reviewing documentation and processes for accuracy and compliance
• Providing feedback to management and recommending process improvements
• Preparing quality reports and maintaining audit records

Requirements: 2–3 years of QA or related experience, computer literacy, strong analytical and reporting skills, and excellent attention to detail. Interested candidates should submit a CV and cover letter.
