Job Description
Sigma Consulting Group is actively seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Manager to lead our hospital’s quality improvement efforts in Abuja. This full-time role requires a minimum of five years of experience in hospital quality or clinical governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement programs, monitoring key performance metrics, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or Public Health is mandatory, while a postgraduate degree in Quality Management is highly preferred. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for this position.
