Quality Control & Assurance
Job Summary
We are currently accepting QA professionals into our talent pool for possible future hiring. You will ensure that all company’s products and procedures meet internal quality standards and external regulations, and work with other staff, adhering to established quality standards, maintaining legal compliance, and satisfying customers.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Document quality assurance practices by entering data into logs and forms or in computer databases to generate reports.
- Carry out raw materials, in-process materials, and finished product checks to ensure that meals produced meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
- Communicate with management and other team members on non-conformities in raw materials and finished products and provide corrective actions during production.
- Monitor process to sight non-conformity and provide mitigation plans during production.
- Maintain and update company procedures and policies.
- Ensure staff compliance to safety and quality procedures.
- Ensure that good manufacturing practices (GMP) are maintained in the facility.
- Collaborate with relevant team members on establishing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the QA officer on the development and implementation of Food Safety Management System (ISO 2200:2018).
- Work with CAPA system process.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Diploma
- 1 year of working experience
