Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QHSE & TQR Manager to join our team. As a QHSE & TQR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality, health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining QHSE management systems, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in regards to quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QHSE management, with excellent knowledge of applicable regulations and standards. You should have proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing effective training programs to ensure compliance throughout the organization.
In addition, you should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will be required to liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement is also essential for this role.
