Role Description
We’re seeking a passionate Python Backend Developer Intern for a full-time remote role. As a Python backend developer intern at Shoptinga, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of our core platform. You’ll be part of an agile team of developers who share your passion for problem-solving and software engineering.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Python, Flask, Django, SQL, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) would be an added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, languages, and frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of developers and stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines
