Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Purchase to Pay Supervisor to join our team. As the Purchase to Pay Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire purchase to pay process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of purchase to pay specialists
- Monitoring and improving the purchase to pay process
- Implementing and enforcing purchasing policies and procedures
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in purchase to pay operations, excellent leadership skills, and attention to detail. A degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
