Job Description

Nigerian Breweries Plc is seeking a highly motivated Purchase to Pay Administrator to manage the company’s payables. This role involves handling key Group Accounts, managing import-related suppliers’ invoices, and performing reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor accounts, ensuring accurate invoice posting and resolving issues.
• Timely posting of clearing agents’ invoices to avoid late payment interest.
• Review customs duty payments, ensuring no aged, uncleared items.
• Oversee LC charges for accurate postings.
• Validate manual invoices and support the payment process.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of relevant finance experience.
• Basic accounting system knowledge and proficiency in SAP.
