Job Description
We are seeking a Public Health Facility and Equipment Support Lead to direct the operation, maintenance, and procurement of medical equipment and facility systems across public health sites. The Lead will supervise a technical team, manage equipment lifecycles, coordinate timely repairs, and implement preventive maintenance and inventory systems.
Key responsibilities include enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, developing procedures and training for local staff, overseeing vendor relationships and procurement processes, and managing related budgets and donor reporting requirements.
- Required: degree in Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility or equipment management
- Strong leadership, procurement, and problem-solving skills
