Job Description
The Psychiatric Clinic Manager at Kings Psychiatry Ltd oversees daily outpatient clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, clinician scheduling, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality patient experience. Responsibilities include supervising clinical and support staff, managing rosters and appointments, maintaining SOPs and records, supporting audits, overseeing supplies and billing coordination, and professionally addressing patient concerns. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in health or business administration (or related), minimum 5 years in clinic operations or healthcare administration—mental health experience a plus—strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office. Full-time; Lagos, Nigeria; reports to executive leadership.
