Job Description
People Capacity Management is currently seeking a Property Manager for a full-time position based in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial properties with multiple tenants.
Job Description:
- Manage tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, and address tenant concerns.
- Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and service contracts.
Job Specification:
- B.Sc / BA Degree in Estate Management or related field.
- 6-8 years of property management experience in commercial multi-tenant properties.
- MSc in Facility Management and project management is an advantage.
- Chartered Membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS is a plus.
