Job Description
A Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and operations of a property or multiple properties. They play a crucial role in ensuring that properties are well-maintained, financially viable, and attractive to tenants.
The primary responsibilities of a Property Manager include:
- Managing tenant relationships, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing complaints or issues.
- Supervising maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is in good condition.
- Developing and implementing property marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Monitoring and managing property budgets and financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and building codes.
- Managing property staff and contractors.
