Job Description
The Property Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of new properties. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry along with excellent project management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property development strategies
- Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities
- Manage all aspects of the development process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Negotiate and secure necessary permits and approvals
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in property development management
- Strong knowledge of zoning, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
