Job Description
Costarchem Nigeria is a global leader in providing tailored solutions for construction projects. We are hiring a Project Supervisor for site operations in Ikeja, Lagos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections and risk assessments
- Recruit and train new applicators
- Manage product launches and demos
- Establish standard procedures for site applications
- Offer sales technical support
- Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain product data on social media
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction
- Project Management certification is a bonus
Personal Skills:
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills
- Strong interpersonal and administrative capabilities
- Good analytical abilities
