JNC is hiring a Project & Operations Lead to oversee daily execution of a government program in Abuja. The role manages operational planning, process improvements, risk mitigation, vendor performance, and cross-functional coordination.

• Prepare annual and quarterly work plans, budgets, and timelines; streamline workflows and ensure regulatory and donor compliance.
• Supervise support teams (communications, events) and coordinate with technical and program leads.
• Track KPIs: budget and schedule variance within ±5%, documented risk resolution, resource-efficiency ratios, and ≥95% implementation of coordination actions.
• Compensation: from ₦1,00,00/month.
