Key Requirements:

• B.Sc/B.Eng or M.Sc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• COREN registration is mandatory
• 8 – 10 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering or construction
• Proficiency in structural design software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong grasp of construction methodologies and safety protocols
• Outstanding leadership and problem-solving abilities
