Job Description
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented leader with a keen interest in design and execution? Larryshem Limited is looking for a Project Manager to oversee architectural and interior design projects from conception to completion. Based in the Lekki Axis, our firm excels in crafting inspiring spaces.
Responsibilities: You will manage projects from start to finish, collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensure quality and safety standards, and address any project-related issues.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a BSc in Architecture or Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in design/build project management, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools. PMP certification is advantageous.
